Friday Feature « Nail Art

Hey lovelies,

I’m kick starting my re-vamped Nail Art Friday with 2 easy nail art looks. Floral + Clouds. (This was supposed to go out on Friday but I took a bit longer than I thought to finish my nails).

1« Apply a base coat to protect your nails.

2« Apply 2 coats of Barry M ‘295’. (Let dry)

3« With the larger end of the dotting tool, dot 3 or 4 dots of white onto your nails.

4« Now again with the large dotter apply 5 splodges to create the fluffy clouds.

5« To finish apply a topcoat to seal in the colours and create a nice shine.

2« Apply 2 coats of Ciaté ‘Kiss Chase’. (Let dry)

3« With the smaller end of the dotting tool, dot 4 dots evenly spaced onto your nail.

4« With the dotting tool dot 5 ‘arms’ out of the centre dot to create the small petals.

5« Between the flowers scatter some dots to fill in the blank space.

6« Last but not least your flower needs a centre dot, I used Models Own ‘Vintage Pink’.

7« To finish apply a top coat. You can even apply a sparkly top coat for a more luxury look.

I hope you have liked this tutorial. I think these nails are just so cute and fun. And quite easy, which is perfect when you want to achieve some well executed nail art. I’m still deciding on what I’m going to do next week. Maybe leopard print. But who knows!!

Til next time,

x Jenny
