Oh to walk on those infamous cobbles at Somerset House, or the snowy streets of New York for that matter (I’ve snuck in a fave from NYFW Autumn/Winter too as I’ve been a lazy blogger and didn’t post during New York Fashion Week)!
I will one day go to London Fashion Week, but for now, I have been enjoying the shows from the sofa wrapped in a blanket eating Doritos! Stylish indeed! We may be headed towards S/S but the current weather is helping with our imagination of how it will be come A/W! I’ve focussed on 3 shows that have caught my eye for the very makings of Autumnal and Winter fashion. They may not be ground breaking when said out loud but how they have been represented is beautiful. For me A/W is all about faux fur, muted tones, knitwear, lace and feathers. It’s all about creating textures! So here are my fave looks from Topshop Unique, Rodarte and my faves Sibling!
RODARTE (NEW YORK)
I adore the rocker chic vibes with the chocolate browns and leather. With the added lace and faux fur textures Rodarte has added femininity to these tougher pieces. I think the simple sleek centre parting for the hair gives off a sense of ‘who cares’ attitude.
TOPSHOP UNIQUE (LONDON)
Topshop have done it again. I tweeted yesterday while watching the show on my laptop how this collection is what every girl needs, faux fur, feathers, lace and muted tones! It’s all totally wearable and that first grey coat is just stunning. The windswept hair and whimsical rosy cheek make up created by Hannah Murray is beautiful.

Oh Sibling, I do love you so! Making knitwear utterly fabulous and outrageous! Hot pink’s, graffiti writing, and Cruella de Vil 2.0 hairstyles. Bloomin fab!
What have been you highlights of LFW so far?
