I have finally taken the plunge and spent some of my ZARA christmas vouchers. I’ve been keeping them safe for when I found something really worth buying, and this red pompom tunic is just that! I really don’t wear colour a lot but something about this top just spoke to me. I kept this outfit rather simple and summery as the weather last week was beaut! The tunic is such a gorgeous floaty fabric, the sleeves are tighter around the wrist so the sleeves are billowy. It has cute pom poms where the tunic ties up, I love the look of having the highest tie looking like a choker necklace, adds something extra to the top. The fit itself is very flowing, which is great as at the moment I’m not feeling too body confident so it does hide the bits I don’t like about myself.
I paired this top with my favourite Bershka zip detail stirrup trousers (they are called trousers but are more like a really thick pair of leggings) and my new Kurt Geiger finds in TKMAXX, these gorgeous lace up wedges. I love wedges they are super easy to walk in and are appropriate for many occasions. My bag (similar here) is from H&M, I needed a small flat bag to put under my Secret Cinema scrubs and this bag was in the right place at the right time when we were in Covent Garden. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes which is like a miracle! Ask my BF! It has a really thin strap too to be worn across the body but it detaches to become an adorable clutch. I love the mixture of textures.
Like seriously, these shoes were just crying out for a #fromwhereistand photo! I have found link to most of the items I have in this outfit below and some which are similar, in case you feel that need to make a new purchase! Go on, you know you want to.
